Michael Uden, PhD, has devoted more than three decades to helping people and organizations live with greater purpose and clarity.
As Vice President for Strategic Planning and Partnerships at Concordia University Wisconsin, he leads efforts that connect calling, leadership, and service.
Michael is passionate about developing others and strengthening communities through intentional relationships and shared mission.
He and his wife, Theresa, have six children and now also enjoy life as grandparents to nine—a family shaped by faith, hospitality, and a deep commitment to caring for children and families.
He believes every person has been designed and called to invest in the lives of others.
