4 Easy Steps to Sponsoring or Hosting a Table

Step 1

ASAP

Reserve your table by signing up as a sponsor or a host – visit our ticketing page and select “table host” or “table sponsor”. Pay for your own ticket as a Table Host or pay for the whole table as a Table Sponsor.

Step 2

AUG 1-8

Brainstorm your list! – Brainstorm a list of people you would consider seating at your table. Each table holds six guests, so you may want to think of 10-12 individuals starting out who would be interested in partnering and/or investing in our ministry.

Step 3

AUG 8-15

Call, text, or email to discern interest! – Starting out with a personal touch point can save time and effort when inviting guests, so use a method you’re comfortable with.

Send an Invite! – Utilize the invitations, QR codes, and graphics in our Promo Folder to share the details of the events with your quests. Printing an invitation and dropping it in the mail is a great way to remind guests about the date and time of the event, as well as ensuring they register and pay their ticket fee (if you are not doing so for them).

Step 4

by Sept 15th

Final Call/Confirmation! – You will want to be sure to follow up with your guests to ensure the status of your table before the night of the event. Guests registered after the September 15th deadline are still welcome, but numbers will be limited.
