Table Sponsor/Host FAQs

To register yourself as a table host or sponsor, simply visit our event registration page. As you are choosing the type of registration, select “table sponsor” or “table host”. Register here

As a table host or sponsor, you commit to filling a table of six (including yourself). Hosts are vital to growing our ministry and connecting us with new champions. We encourage you to invite people who:

• Have a heart for vulnerable children and a desire to support them.

• Want to learn more about getting involved in foster care.

• Are generous, love God, and want to make a meaningful impact.

While both roles commit to filling a table of six seats, the difference lies in who covers the cost:

• Table Sponsor: You pay for the entire table upfront. Your guests can attend at no cost to them.

• Table Host: You only pay for your own individual seat(s). Your guests will register and pay for their own seats separately.

A complete table seats six guests and is priced at $320.

By purchasing a whole table as a Sponsor, you receive a group discount compared to buying individual tickets (a savings of $10). It’s a fantastic way to bring your friends, family, or colleagues together to support vulnerable children.

Yes! As a special thank you for being a champion and supporting this event, all table hosts will have their names featured on a recognition slide displayed during the event.

We encourage you to invite people from your personal or professional circles who share a heart for making a difference. Great guests to consider include:

• People who love God and care about vulnerable children: Friends, family, or small group members who have a natural passion for ministry and advocacy.

• Anyone interested in foster care: Individuals or couples you know who have expressed a desire to get involved, learn more, or support foster families.

• Generous, community-minded people: Friends or colleagues who love learning about impactful local ministries and want an opportunity to give back.

Ultimately, look for "champions" — people who will be encouraged by our mission and excited to see how they can help grow this ministry!
